Davido has announced the title and release date of his new single in an official announcement.

Nigerian music singer Davido has confirmed his next single, “I Know Who I Be” would be released on Friday June 26, 2026.

Afrobeats star, who has won awards, broke the news on social media, hinting at the start of a new era with the message:

The voyage to the kingdom is beginning. 👑 My next single I Know Who I Be is dropping Friday June 26th 2026.

Davido will team up with two South African musicians, Jazzwrld and GL Ceejay, for the song, which is yet another cross-border collaboration between West and Southern African talent.

“I Know Who I Be” is the singer’s first new material since his latest project, ‘5ive’ and might be the start of yet another huge chapter in his career, as teased by the “journey to the throne” message.
