Ghanaian music producer and vocalist, Ronald Kwaku Dei Appiah has been the first Ghanaian to be recognized for a movie soundtrack.

Born on 19th March, 1986, he is from the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Bisa Kdei has also worked and collaborated with some Ghanaian artists including Sarkodie, D-Black, Efya, Obrafour, Kwaw Kese, M.anifest, Stonebwoy, Medikal, Becca, E.L, R2Bees, Samini, Irene Logan, Kofi Nti, DeeVS, Keche, Lighter, Patoranking, Reekado Banks, Lola Rae, Tach-Noir, JRio, Gyakie etc. He has produced several songs like Efya’s One of Your Own, Sarkodie’s Chingam and Obrafour’s Pimpinaa.

He is claimed to be the first Ghanaian artist to feature on a movie soundtrack as well as in the limelight.

Bisa Kdei has received nominations and won several local awards in the eastern area of Ghana. His other wins include The Best Movie Sound Track Award which he got after producing the soundtrack.

Bisa Kdei born Ronald Kweku Dei Appiah on 19 March 1986 is a Ghanaian born and raised. Josephine Bruce, his mother, was born by accident.

Bisa Kdei has not announced to the world if he has a girlfriend or not. He strives to avoid controversy or ruining his image on the internet as much as he can.

He says he holds the Christian faith dearly and does not denigrate any other religion. “He has the highest respect for people’s beliefs.”

Currently, he is single but the media once speculated that he was in a covert romance with a popular lady named Becca. The two were always seen together, as if they were a couple, but they denied it. He has no children and is single.

Bisa Kdei is reported to have lost his mother on the same day he released one of his singles, Mansa in 2015. He’s been mourning her loss ever since.
